iPhone: RinGo needs iOS 18 or later. To ring even on silent it needs iOS 26 and permission to use Alarms. Open RinGo › Settings and allow Alarms and Notifications, or turn them on in the iPhone's Settings › RinGo. Without Alarms, rings arrive as notifications, which stay quiet on silent.
Android: allow notifications for RinGo, and turn off battery optimization for it (some phones, like Xiaomi, Huawei and Samsung, close apps aggressively). If Do Not Disturb blocks alarms on your phone, give RinGo Do Not Disturb access in the app's Settings.
To check it works, open the Phones tab and tap Test ring this phone.
On Android, if you force-stop RinGo, the system blocks its messages until you open it again. Just open the app once.
Tap Stop on the phone (in the notification or the alarm screen), or stop it from the app or web page that started it. Rings also stop on their own after a while.
Only you and the people you've connected with and allowed to ring you. You choose what each person or group can send (touch, ring or alert), and you can remove anyone at any time from the People tab.
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account, or use the account deletion page.
